Rachel Rude-Olson

I'm Rachel, a Reiki Master and Instructor, and holistic wellness practitioner, passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and support their overall well-being. Through an integrative approach to mind, body, and soul, I offer Reiki for relaxation and energetic balance, Rossiter Stretching and Rossiter Respiratory to support movement, flexibility, and breath, immersive Gong Sound Baths to invite deep relaxation and a renewed sense of harmony, and Secret Language of Your Body to explore the connections between physical experiences and emotional patterns. My intention is to create a supportive space where you can slow down, tune into your body, and explore what feeling more balanced and connected looks like for you. Every experience is an invitation to listen to your body, honor where you are, and reconnect with your own natural capacity for well-being.
